NApf CTP 4 release

This release is much more tested, and an initial version of the UI module has landed in sourcecontrol. See codeplex for the source zip file.

The CTP 5 release will focus on the following:

1. UI module. Improvements will be done on the UI module as the Sample project Base4Client progresses.
2. Sample project which uses mainly the UI module, named Base4Client. This project will be a Base4.NET client. This project is done to see how the UI module performs with real-life projects.
3. Data support. The exact plans for this item are still quite vague.

CTP 5 is now planned to be released end of january, but this will probably change. Keep track of this blog, and you will be updated.
